Is your milk pasteurized or raw?

We use a gentle, low-temperature vat pasteurization process. This ensures the utmost safety while preserving the natural enzymes, rich flavor, and nutritional integrity of farm-fresh milk that industrial processing often destroys.

How long does the milk stay fresh?

Because our milk is delivered fresh from the farm without excessive industrial processing, we recommend enjoying it within 7 to 10 days for the best taste and optimal nutritional value. Always keep it well chilled.

What do your cows eat?

Our cows graze freely on lush, pesticide-free pastures for as long as the seasons allow. During the colder winter months, their diet is carefully supplemented with high-quality, locally sourced organic hay to ensure they remain healthy and nourished.

Is your milk homogenized?

No, we believe in keeping milk as nature intended. Because our milk is non-homogenized, the cream naturally rises to the top. You will find a beautiful, thick layer of cream in every bottle: simply give it a gentle shake before pouring.
